Calathea lancifolia insignis - 9.5cm pot

Commonly know as a Rattlesnake Plant, this member of the Prayer plant family raises its leaves at night to show purple abaxials, contrasting with the bold green markings it displays during the day.  This Calathea does best in medium, indirect light but will adapt to low light easily.  Sensitive to temperature extremes so must be kept indoors in Melbourne.

Available in 9.5cm plastic nursery pots.
